ACTIFLOW is unique, a patented system of stars with alternate long fingers. Arranged in a spiral configuration, these actively distribute soil across the full width of the machine for maximum separating efficiency and uniform soil mixing. QUALITY BEDS

DUROPOL - THE HIGH PERFORMANCE POLYMER COMPOUNDLong star life and low running costs are assured by a highly developed star compound known as DUROPOL. Specially made for the MEGASTAR GEN-2 soil separator DUROPOL has a high resistance to wear, regardless of soil type or operating temperature. Low tractor power requirement saves fuel on every field you prepare with your MEGASTAR GEN-2
As soil and stones feed on to the star bed, the 12 rows of ACTIFLOW stars (choice of spacing) move soil and stones away from the centre of the machine towards the outsides, then back again, repeating the process through the machine. This highly efficient system makes best use of the separation area available for maximum performance, with no 'dead' spots.
